How to hide your fat freezing from your husband/partner?

“I didn’t want my husband to know because he would probably say “why don’t you just go to the gym or stop eating. I didn’t want to lose weight” she said, “I just wanted to get rid of my belly fat. On Wednesday morning, I did a fair bit of leaning over and hiding behind the kitchen bench. Then just at 9pm wouldn’t you know it, I got a bad tummy ache. You know that one that comes once a month (wink). Low and behold a whole week passed with a little ducking a diving and he didn’t get close enough to me to even cuddle me! “
